How to Complete Payment in Person at Berhan Bank
Integrated SchoolPay educational deposit system
All tuition and institutional payments must be made in person at Berhan Bank branches across Ethiopia. Direct cash payments are not accepted on campus under any circumstances. Follow the standard four-step procedure below:
Visit Any Berhan Bank Branch
Visit any Berhan Bank branch nationwide in person. Deposits can be completed at any official branch counter across Addis Ababa and regional centers.
Present Student Payment Code
Present your Student Payment Code to the teller (available on the student portal at portal.ecu.edu.et).
Process via SchoolPay to ECUSTA
Inform the teller to process your educational deposit to ECUSTA via SchoolPay under your student code.
Confirm Name & Retain Stamped Receipt
Confirm your candidate name on the deposit slip and retain the stamped bank receipt for your registration records and financial clearance.
Important Registration Notice
Always retain the physical teller-stamped bank receipt. You will be required to present or upload your official deposit verification during semester course registration and financial clearance at the Registrar Office.
Payment Deadlines
Deadlines for registration and tuition payments are set by the Registrar's Office at the beginning of each semester.
