Pro Chancellor
Archbishop Brian Udaigwe
Representing the Holy See, Archbishop Brian Udaigwe provides spiritual patronage and facilitates the Institute's connection to the universal Church and international academic community.
Board of Trustees
The Board is the legal governing body of the Institute. It holds fiduciary responsibility, appoints the President, and approves the strategic plan and annual budget.

Br. Kassu McFantaye
Composed of representatives from the Christian Brothers, the Catholic Bishops Conference, legal experts, financial auditors, and seasoned academic administrators.
The Senate
The supreme academic organ of the Institute. Chaired by the President, it determines academic policy, approves curricula, and confers degrees.
Academic VP, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments, Chief Librarian, Quality Assurance Director, Student Council Rep.
Management Council
The administrative executive body assisting the President in the day- operations, financial management, and implementation of Board policies.
