The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to supporting the academic mission of ECUSTA Higher Learning Institute by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records. We serve students, faculty, and alumni through course registration, grade processing, and degree verification.
Registration Procedure
Financial Clearance
Pay tuition at the bank and submit the slip to the Finance Office to unlock your registration status.
Course Selection
Meet with your academic advisor to select courses for the semester and fill out the Registration Form.
Submission & ID Card
Submit signed forms to the Registrar's window. Validate your Student ID for the current semester.
Grading System

| B+ | 3.5 | Very Good |
| B | 3.0 | Good |
| C+ | 2.5 | Satisfactory |
| C | 2.0 | Unsatisfactory |
| F | 0.0 | Fail |

Maintenance of permanent student records, grade updates, and academic standing calculations.
Transcripts & Verifications
Issuance of official transcripts and letters of enrollment verification for third parties.
Graduation Clearance
Auditing academic progress to ensure all degree requirements are met before graduation.

Processing degree copies and authentication requests for graduates.
