Ceremony Details
The annual commencement ceremony for the Ethiopian Catholic University - St. Thomas Aquinas will be held to honor the graduates of the Class of 2026. All eligible students, their families, and faculty are invited to attend this momentous occasion.
Information for Graduates
Clearance & Registration
All prospective graduates must complete their academic and financial clearance by June 30, 2026. Registration for the ceremony is mandatory via the Student Portal.
Academic Regalia (Gown)
Gowns can be collected from the Registrar's Office starting July 10, 2026, upon presentation of the clearance slip and a refundable deposit.
Rehearsal
A mandatory rehearsal will take place on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Millennium Hall.
Guest Information
Each graduate is allocated up to three (3) guest tickets. Tickets will be distributed along with the academic regalia.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the main hall during the ceremony.
Photography
Official university photographers will capture the moment each graduate receives their diploma. Personal photography is allowed from designated seating areas only.
